We want you to love your Loomsun sandals. If something isn't right, here's how returns and refunds work.
Return Window
You may return unused, unworn items in original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.
How to Start a Return
Email us at hello@loomsun.com with your order number and reason for return, and we'll guide you through the next steps.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or incorrect.
Non-Returnable Items
Items that show signs of wear or are missing original packaging are not eligible for return.
