Cancellation Policy
We understand plans change. Here's how order cancellations work at Loomsun.
Before Shipment
If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible at hello@loomsun.com. If your order has not yet shipped, we will cancel it and issue a full refund.
After Shipment
Once an order has shipped, it can no longer be cancelled. You are welcome to return the item once received, in line with our Return and Refund Policy.
Processing Time
Cancellation requests are typically processed within 1-2 business days.
